It is Monday morning. Fall has arrived and along with it Pumpkin Spice lattes. Yes, it's time to start switching out those summer flip flops for your awesome boots. Time to put away the ice cream maker and get out the crock pot. Time to shake up the routine.

And speaking of shaking things up. You are probably wondering what is happening here. On this Monday, you would normally see a post from a team member. This week in particular you may have been expecting to hear from Michelle. But she herself has had her routine shaken up by a sweet little girl that they are fostering. So, let us take a moment to say, "You go girl!"
